HOW PREMIUM VENDING CO STARTED
Noticing a Gap in Customer Convenience & Comfort
Premium Vending Co came to fruition with the Founder Melissa Taylor having noticed a gap in comforts and convenience for her commercial tenants. Managing several commercial office buildings and starting to realise that the availability of snacks and lunch items is definitely something that contributes to customer satisfaction - I mean with a hard days work on your hands, the last thing you want to do is spend copious amounts of time searching for adequate snacks and lunch items to get you through! Some buildings in remote locations are so far away from the shops that if you haven't brought something with you, well, you're out of luck.
So, Premium Vending Co started due to the supply and demand of essential products and snack products or refreshments available on site full stop, or, during hours when on-site catering facilities were limited or closed. Particularly in office buildings where the footfall is still active after hours and in locations where there are limited options in the way of shops nearby.
In short, Melissa was tired. Very tired of walking 20 mins just to get across to the other side of the dual carriageway to the shop and then another 20 mins back. I mean if management felt it, tenants were feeling it and that was the eureka moment. Seeing the redundant space in the corridor she would envision where she could put these machines and all the essentials that her tenants alike needed. She would show prospective tenants around the building knowing that she what she was offering was missing that one thing - convenience.
Well, Melissa to the rescue offering dynamic and tailored vending solutions to enhance the comfort and convenience for the visitors of all venue types. From here Melissa noticed a lack of convenience in other everyday industries and locations. Coming from a background in both residential and commercial property, presentation, speed, efficiency and problem solving were all imperative when providing a service and that ladies and gents, was the birth of Premium Vending Co.
